Finally, he looked at her. His fingertips caressed her cheek. “We don’t have to do this, you know,” he said in a strangled voice. “I know you’re tired. Please don’t do this just for me.”

She smiled. How like her husband to make certain she was okay. She cradled his face with a hand. “Do you have any idea how much I love you? How much I missed you? I do want this. Really.” She rubbed her nose against his and nipped his lips. “Want me to beg?”

He reeled back. The heat of embarrassment stung her cheeks. She’d never said anything like that before. However, when she saw the green flashing of his eyes——­­­­the sure sign he was turned on——she relaxed a bit. 

Frank locked his mouth onto hers in a heart stopping kiss, the kind of kiss Rae had imagined over the past three weeks. The kind of kiss that made her feel wanton and wanted.

He dragged his tongue along her jaw to her neck then down to a bare shoulder and licked at the water still clinging to her skin. “Hmm. Strawberry. My favorite.”

She reached for him, but he manacled her wrists with one hand above her head. “Beg, huh?” His rough voice scurried along her skin. “I like the sound of that.”
